Before you get started make sure you are measuring the finger, or an existing ring, that sits on the finger you would like your new ring to sit on. Your ring should sit comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.

The First Method: WRAP AND MEASURE

What you'll need: a strip of paper, a ruler, and a pen or pencil.

CUT a strip of paper about 8 inches long and about 0.5 inch wide.

WRAP the paper strip around the widest part of the finger you would like your customized ring to sit on. The widest part of your finger may be at the joint. Don’t worry; your ring won’t actually sit here.

USING a pen or pencil, mark the point on the paper where the strip forms a complete circle and begins to overlap.

TAKE your ruler and measure from the edge of your paper up to the line you just marked. Measure up to the nearest millimeter, rounding up if necessary.

USING the length you just calculated, consult our handy chart to find your ring size.

The Second Method: Measure Current Ring

Measure the inside diameter of your existing ring, or the ring of the person you are buying for. What you'll need: A Ruler and the ring you would like to measure.

1. Select a ring that properly fits your intended finger.
2. Place the ring over the circles to the right. Matching the inside edge of the ring to the circle nearest in size. This measurement refers to the inside diameter of the ring.
3. If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size.

COMPARE the length you just measured to the ring size chart below.

Tips:

1. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size between the two.
2. When considering a wide band, move up half size or a size from your measurement, for comfort’s sake.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

The shipping time consists of two sections:  process time and shipping time. Most our items are made-to-order. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while customized orders such as engraved rings may take 1-3 days, and custom orders such as name necklaces may take 7-10 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders (no minimum) to the US (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam). For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express/Expedited Shipping options.

Note: 

• For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
• Standard shipping, by USPS, takes about 10-14 business days for delivery to physical addresses, 15-20 business days to P.O. Boxes,  20-30 days to military addresses (APO, FPO) address. 
• Express shipping, by UPS, Fedex or DHL express, takes about 5-8 business days for delivery. 
• Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
• Cities, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, we can only ship to the physical addresses via Express shipping.

Tracking An Order

You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number.  Please ensure you have given the right email address of yours under the order so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email, you can just send us a email to service@gardeniajewel.com asking for the shipment information.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we suggest you have a check and provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. Pay attention to the shipping address and your billing address are correct.

Returns
We offer 30-day return and 90-day exchange policy. .If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days(for return) or 90days(for exchange) from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).

If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1.  Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2.  All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
3.  When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will send you our return address from email (service@gardeniajewel.com). 

1. Customized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
2. Clearance items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
3. Items have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via service@gardeniajewel.com for more information.

About Fee

1. There is no handling fee for return and exchange, while you have to pay the return shipping fee.

2. GardeniaJewel will cover the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.

• Customer received the wrong item.
• The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact GardeniaJewel within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Refunds Time (if applicable)

1. For items that do not need to be returned, refunds will be processed within 24 hours. 
2. For items that need to be returned, returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package.
3. The refunds will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
4. After we process the refund application, your card bank will take days to deal with. It will take 2-3 business days (debit card) or 2-5 business days (credit card ) for refunds to be returned to your card.  Paypal refund the money within 24 hours to your Paypal.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-7business days) before a refund is posted.

Shipping
After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product to the return address we provide on the email. 

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).

*Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, orders can't be cancelled after shipment. If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We have a short window where we can make changes to orders. We try to get your items sent out as soon as possible, so we can never guarantee we will catch it in time! 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer 90-days exchange policy to our customers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sevice@gardeniajewel.com

* Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as engraved rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable, because the items are customized based on personal preference. But you can get new item on half price for the first exchange.
