We offer 30-day return and 90-day exchange policy. .If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days(for return)/90days(for exchange) from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).
If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

- Gift cards
- Coupon discounts

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-7business days) before a refund is posted.

After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product to the return address we provide.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).

If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We have a short window where we can make changes to orders. We try to get your rings sent out as soon as possible, so we can never guarantee we will catch it in time!
- If the cancellation is made less than 6 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made between 6 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 10% cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee.
*Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee will be applied for the cancellation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer 90-days exchange policy to our customers, We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
* Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as engraved rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable, because the items are customized based on personal preference. Customers will pay half price on the personalized items for the exchange.
