We ship internationally with convenient transportation access, to over 100 countries around the world. If you cannot found your country on the checkout page, it means this country cannot be delivered for uncontrollable reason.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
The shipping time consists of two sections: process time and shipping time. Most our items are made-to-order. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while customized orders such as engraved rings may take 1-3 days, and custom orders such as name necklaces may take 7-10 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address.

1. Shipping To United States
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders (no minimum) to the US (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam). For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express/Expedited Shipping options.

Note:
- For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
- Standard shipping, by USPS, takes about 10-14 business days for delivery to physical addresses, 15-20 business days to P.O. Boxes, 20-30 days to military addresses (APO, FPO) address.
- Express shipping, by UPS, Fedex or DHL express, takes about 5-8 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
- Cities, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, we can only ship to the physical addresses via Express shipping.

- GardeniaJewel temporarily does not support transactions in North Korea, Syria and Iran.

Tracking An Order
You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number. Please ensure you have given the right email address of yours under the order so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email, you can just send us a email to service@gardeniajewel.com asking for the shipment information.
Address Information
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we suggest you have a check and provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. Pay attention to the shipping address and your billing address are correct.
